Filling out the online form before you go to the Projaide food bank saves you a lot of time. On-site, at the reception, choose the option "Register on the Internet" on the number dispenser.

 

Before completing the pre-registration form, it’s very important to carefully read the following information and regulations:

    1. The Food bank is located at: 7393, 18th Avenue, Montreal, Quebec H2A 2N4

    2. The Food bank's opening day is every Fridays from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

    4. When you’re accepted, you will have to pay the membership card fee at a cost of $5 per year.

    5. The cost of the food basket depends on the number of people in the family:

    1 person   - $2.00

    2 people - $2.50

    3 people - $3.00

    4 people - $4.00

    5 people - $5.00

    6 people - $6.00

    7 people and more - $7.00

    6. You must bring your membership card every time you pick up your food basket.

    7. Upon arrival at the food bank, and upon presentation of your membership card, you will be given a number for the smooth running and order of distribution.

    8. It’s not possible to take a basket of food for an absent person.

    9. You must bring your bags for your food. No bags will be given.

    10. It’s strongly recommended that you bring ice packs to transport perishable food from the food bank to your home. Mainly for meats and dairy products.

    11. Parents should monitor their children at all times. Projaide is not responsible in the event of an accident. Children cannot run into the room or approach food storage spaces.

    12. You must have a respectful attitude towards the entire team that serves you. Abusive or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.

    13. You must respect the amount of products granted. No product can be exchanged or replaced with another once taken. You must politely accept or refuse the products offered. If you refuse a product, you should leave it on site and not throw it in the garbage.

    14. The regulations apply to all people who attend the Projaide food bank. Compliance with the regulations allows everyone to be in a safe and respectful environment. In case of non-compliance with the regulations, a written warning will be given to you and if the problem persists, Projaide will be obliged to withdraw your right to the food bank.

    15. If you want to make a complaint, you must make an appointment with one of the officials of the Projaide food bank.

    1. La Banque Alimentaire est située au : 7393, 18e Avenue, Montréal (Québec)  H2A 2N4

    2. Le jour et heures d’ouvertures de la Banque Alimentaire est le vendredi de 14h à 18h30.

    3. Lorsque vous faite une demande pour devenir membre, vous devez apporter les documents suivants :

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    4. Lorsque vous serez accepté, vous devrez payer les frais de la Carte de membre au coût de 5$ par année.

    5. Le coût du panier de nourriture dépend du nombre de personnes dans la famille :

    • 1 personne - 2,00 $

    6. Vous devez apporter votre carte de membre à chaque fois que vous venez chercher votre panier de nourriture.

    7. À votre arrivée à la Banque Alimentaire, et sur présentation de votre carte de membre, un numéro vous sera remis pour la bonne marche et l’ordre de la distribution.

    8. Il n’est pas possible de prendre un panier de nourriture pour une personne absente.

    9. Il faut apporter vos sacs pour votre nourriture. Aucun sac ne sera donné.

    10. Il est fortement recommandé d’apporter des paquets de glace pour le transport des aliments

    périssables de la banque alimentaire à votre résidence. Principalement pour les viandes et produits laitiers.

    11. Les parents doivent surveiller leurs enfants en tout temps. Projaide n’est pas responsable en cas d’accident. Les enfants ne peuvent courir dans la salle ou s’approcher des espaces de  rangement de la nourriture.

    12. Vous devez avoir une attitude respectueuse envers toute l’équipe qui vous sert. Aucun  comportement abusif ou agressif ne sera toléré.

    13. Vous devez respecter la quantité de produits accordée. Aucun produit ne peut être échangé ou remplacé par un autre. Vous devez accepter ou refuser poliment les produits offerts. Si vous refusez un produit, vous devez le laisser sur place et non pas le jeter dans les poubelles.

    14. Les règlements s’appliquent à toutes les personnes qui fréquentent la Banque Alimentaire Projaide. Le respect des règlements permet à tous d’être dans un cadre sécuritaire et respectueux. En cas de non-respect des règlements, un avertissement écrit vous sera remis et si le problème persiste, Projaide sera dans l’obligation de vous retirer le droit à la Banque Alimentaire.

    15. Si vous voulez formuler une plainte, vous devez prendre rendez-vous avec l’un des responsables de la Banque Alimentaire Projaide.
